Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
This platform connects students seeking sport lessons with independent instructors. We provide a marketplace and booking infrastructure but are not a party to the lesson agreements between students and instructors.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Booking and Payments
Booking requests are not confirmed until accepted by the instructor. Payments are processed via Stripe. The platform fee of $20 per new student is charged to the instructor after the first lesson is completed.
5. Cancellation Policy
Students may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson are non-refundable. Instructors who cancel will automatically trigger a full refund to the student.
6. Instructor Responsibilities
Instructors are independent contractors, not employees of this platform. Instructors are responsible for their own scheduling, lesson delivery, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam, to impersonate others, or to circumvent platform fees by conducting transactions off-platform with students you met through us.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
